Alia Bhatt is back in action with ‘Udta Punjab’ – Check out dialogue poster
Alia is bidding goodbye to her urban image
After Shahid Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt revealed the first look of her character in Udta Punjab.
The Kapoor And Sons actress took to Twitter to post the new look and dialogue poster. In the picture, she looks distressed and running away from something. Something similar to her Highway look.
Alia plays Bihari migrant in the movie. She learnt the distinct dialect for the role.
Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Udta Punjab will be a departure for Alia from her urban happy-go-lucky girl image.

The movie deals with the rampant problem of substance abuse in Punjab. The trailer for the movie will be out on Saturday.
The movie is set to release on June 17.
