Don’t read thrillers. Go for books that are inspiring motivating and positive in approach. This will infuse optimism in you.
Remember the almighty, thank him for all the good things he has given you and seek strength to endure the toughest of the challenges in life. This will ease the anxiety, give you a moral boost.
