Every single country in the modern world comes with a stereotype. For India, since we’re the land of diversity, the melting pot of cultures, we’ve got a diverse range of stereotypes.
For example, supposedly we all are experts in “the Indian dance” and utter the word ‘namaste’ in all casual conversations simply as a filler word. Of course, most of it is untrue but the rest of the world does not seem to think so.
In this video, uploaded by Tejaswi Bukke, a Korean girl pretended to be Indian in a sitcom and exploited every Indian stereotype out there! She was taught to say just one line, “Merese shaadi karoge? Main bohot pretty hoon.” and said it with total conviction!
