Packaging
The traditional boring packaging was somewhat making it loose its charm. Lakme just in the right phase of time decided to revamp these lipsticks and make them more luring with the new silver transparent packaging. It has Lakme Enrich Satin written on the side. A label with the shade number is seen on the bottom. It has got a click to close mechanism which is awesome since it makes the lipstick safer to travel with as it locks tightly. The lipstick case comes in an outer cardboard carton. However, there’s no complete ingredient list mentioned anywhere.
Texture & Pigmentation
The texture of these lipsticks is really creamy and smooth. You can apply it on your lips easily without tugging your lips as it glides on easily on the lips. These are quite moisturizing – so you don’t really need to go in with a lip balm before applying the color. It keeps the lips hydrated through its wear time and also plumps the lips to a certain extent.
The lipstick has a decent pigmentation. It goes around 60% opaque in a single swipe and complete coverage you can get in 2 to 3 swipes. Although these lipsticks do transfer on your teeth or onto cups so you have to be little careful and remember to bloating. However, these don’t feel sticky or heavy on the lips and are easy and comfortable to wear. The fragrance is the typical Lakme fragrance – a sweet floral smell that fades after some time of application.
Staying Power
These lipsticks stay on for a good 3-4 hours while subtly fading as time passes by and also with the intake of snacks. However, they leave a strong stain behind which is quite difficult to remove. A good makeup remover however can do the job.

This is a vibrant orange red, which has a LOT of pink formulated in , and has a warm undertone, which doesn’t look as stark with deeper Indian skin tones. It’s very wearable (again, if you can sport it) , and goes well with lighter and duskier skin tones.

This is a subtle pink shade which is buildable and can be worn for almost an occasion may it be to office or a date night or a casual hang out with friends. It isn’t really shimmery but has a glossy shine to it.

This is a very pretty bright and flashy fuchsia pink. It looked different on the website but it is much prettier in person. There are fine shimmer particles in it, which seem to be visible only in the bullet, but when you apply the lipstick, they are nowhere to be seen.

This shade is a hot hot pink with some red undertones to it, its kind of maybelline neon matte in mat5 shade and this one has a creamy mildly glossy finish, you can matte it out with a tissue but it is super duper pigmented no doubt.

This is a cherry red and looks beautiful on most Indian skin tones. It’s great for parties and special occasions. It is quite pigmented although you would need 2-3 swiped to see its full glory. It is matte but not dry looking.
