Separation of “Mirror of My Soul”

For many of the twin flames that are currently on earth, the shift over the last few years has taken its toll on our relationship and we have to walk away and end the entanglement. What can you expect and do if you find yourself in this situation?

When I first came across information about twin flames, I read a piece that went something along the lines of: when a twin flame is born, they spend their whole life knowing and sensing that something is missing, but never knowing what that something is – until they day they meet their twin flame.

On that day, in that moment, they know what was missing and they feel complete, and they can never again be away from their twin flame without feeling and knowing that

I never imagined how painful that loss would be, and I wasn’t prepared for it the day I walked away from my twin flame.

What does it feel like?

If you’re a twin flame, chances are your life has had spiritual aspects, trials and challenges in it – so you’re no stranger to pain.

Still, I was totally unprepared for how walking away from my twin flame relationship would impact me. For a start, the sense that I’m moving towards something and someone important has gone. It almost feels like there’s nothing exciting that is coming up or can happen for me with love. In a way, I’ve lost hope with love. That’s never happened before.

Secondly, I feel strangely complete. It’s odd to feel that because I’ve never really had a relationship that I felt met my needs. Yet after this I feel complete, like no one can add anything else by being in a romantic relationship with me, and there’s no point in even trying. For the first time in my life, I honestly think I don’t want a relationship. That’s definitely new, because like you, the relationship has always been first prize for me.

The next lesson of love

It was thinking about feeling complete that eventually led me to realise what the next lesson of love is, after the twin flame and losing the twin flame. 1710a028f634b1afd77083297d21fe88

The universe and teachers always say that – there’s always another lesson, there’s always more to learn, but on Earth’s plane? What more could there be to learn of love than a complete and completing twin flame relationship?

At its essence, the twin flame relationship is the love and acceptance of the self – the highest actualization that we know. You love wholly another aspect of your own soul, your Self. So what could
come after that?

Well the answer is Messianic love: the ability to completely love anyone.

Of course that doesn’t mean that you’ll find someone you want to love, or someone that can handle the intensity of your focus and love, but the love that will begin to arise in you after you finally start to recover from having your soul shattered is a deep love for any, and the ability to be able to express it consciously and at will.

And that’s basically a nice way of saying you’re going to have to CHOOSE to love the next person with this next lesson of love. The heady rush of falling in love is most likely behind you. This experience will change you forever, and like many lessons, it doesn’t always feel comfortable and wonderful at first.

Why does it happen?

If twin flames are so perfectly matched and the love and energy they create is so important, then why do so many of those relationships end?

When a twin flame 1377183_595287570518357_851653301_nis created, the twins each carry halves of dualities, like the yin yang. Each is mostly one way, with a small touch of the opposite characteristic, and they balance each other out by co-existing together. The same thing happens when they meet on a planetary plane and have a relationship – they meet to balance dualities in each other out

Sometimes theses dualities are extreme. In many cases, they’re also compounded by karma, and lessons
tend to get harder with each subsequent round, and each lifetime.

For many of the twin flames, they’re battling huge gaps and separation in their personalities and what they want and need to make the relationship work (dualities), and this is compounded by the fact that the universe gave a super-hard lesson because this happens to be the sixth or seventh lifetime you guys are working on this stuff.

Add in all the energetic chaos we’ve had with the shift, and the stop start energy of stuff, and it’s no surprise that a number of twin flame relationships are buckling under the strain.

How do you make it easier on yourself?

I had two strong clues that my relationship was a twin flame relationship: first, any session done on the two of us the session wouldn’t take us as one being, it treated us as a couple.

Secondly, from the day we met, we threw each other out of sync energetically. If he was up with business, I was down. If I was sick and got better, he got sick immediately after. And there were a million other similar examples that I’m sure you recognise from your own experience.

That led me to the following realization: if I kept throwing us out of sync by working on one of us energetically at a time, then maybe the way to fix us was to work on both of us at the same time.

That led to a series of BodyTalk sessions done on the couple where wedivine-counterparts balanced major energies (workflow, money, success, commitment, focus, vitality, luck) across the relationship and pair. We started seeing improvement after that

That’s led to a morning ritual where I connect to my twin flame energetically and balance the energies between us every single morning. Additionally, any forgiveness and release work I do, I do including him.
So when I ask for peace and forgiveness, I ask that it is chosen for him too.

I have experimented with holding anger or trying to block him out, but how do you block out your own soul? That just causes pain and seriously messes with your focus. If I’m really battling with it, what helps is to reinforce any cords, bonds and connections to him and then flow forgiveness energy through that non-stop.

At the end of the day, this is just one lifetime in the midst of many, many lifetimes you will share. You can’t hate yourself and you can’t withhold forgiveness from yourself forever
